


Beginner Workout Program
This Workout Program is designed for people who want to get started but feel really uncertain about where to start.
This 3 Day Program starts out slow with Day 1 consisting completely of bodyweight or dumbbell exercises (if you feel like that is enough to get your started go to our “Resources” tab and you can download Day 1 for free.
Days 2 and 3 do require you to have access to a gym, but there are only 2-3 exercises that require gym equipment and can be easily swapped out for other exercises.
This is PDF, but each exercise has a link to easy-to-follow videos. So if you prefer reading or don’t need videos, we have you covered.
